________ Kobe Beef
Kobe Beef
In 2021, Rokuseki became the first restaurant in Galicia and the fifth in Spain to offer certified Kobe Beef. It is part of the 150 establishments outside Japan that hold a license from the Kobe Beef Association to serve this exclusive product.
Kobe beef represents a very limited share of global production and is considered a gastronomic treasure by the Japanese government.
Its distinctive marbling resembles marble: the fine lines of fat melt during cooking, giving the meat a tender texture and a unique flavor.
__________ Rokuseki
Rokuseki
Rokuseki was born with the intention of offering authentic Japanese cuisine, based on fresh, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.
Our concept centers on the Yakiniku experience: dining at the counter while enjoying Japanese barbecue, a format that sets us apart and defines our identity.
At Rokuseki, we serve some of the world’s finest Wagyu beef, including Kobe, Ozaki, and Chilean Wagyu.
