Rokuseki’s gastronomic proposal revolves around Wagyu beef and is complemented by a carefully selected range of barbecue accompaniments, drinks, and desserts. This combination is designed to offer balance and versatility, allowing the experience to be tailored to each diner’s preferences.

This experience begins with a Kamo Udon — a delicate Japanese soy broth with udon noodles and duck magret, crafted with care to awaken the palate.
Next, a selection of seven cuts of Japanese Wagyu, an entirely Japanese experience carefully curated by our niku-man chef.
To complete the experience and balance every bite, the meats are accompanied by Japanese mushrooms, pickles, fresh lettuce (sanchu), crispy nori seaweed, Japanese sauces, and rice with cured egg yolk.
We serve a frozen lime pre-dessert to cleanse the palate and refresh the senses, and finish the menu with two desserts of your choice from our wide CHAYA pastry selection.
