Cuisine is a constant evolution, and those who live this profession with passion know that every new experience is an opportunity to grow, be inspired, and keep surprising others. In that spirit, Felipe has just gone through one of the most exciting stages of his career.
For five intense days, he completed a stage at Enigma, Albert Adrià’s restaurant in Barcelona—a space where creativity, technique, and innovation coexist at the highest level. As part of the kitchen team during those days, Felipe had the opportunity to immerse himself in the processes of one of the most influential gastronomic projects in the world.

During his stage, Felipe joined the Enigma team for a private press event held at the exclusive Hotel Esperit Roca. It was an exceptional gathering where each chef prepared a dish to present to the attendees, and which brought together world-renowned figures such as Elena Arzak, Paolo Casagrande, Gastón Acurio, Hideki Matsuhisa, Joan Roca, Josep Roca, and Jordi Roca, among other key names in haute cuisine.
Felipe contributed to the proposal presented by Albert Adrià’s team—a service that combined technical excellence, creativity, and emotion. It was a one-of-a-kind experience that reinforces Rokuseki and Chaya’s commitment to innovation, attention to detail, and profound respect for the culinary arts.
At Rokuseki and Chaya, we proudly celebrate this milestone in our pastry chef’s career, confident that everything he learned and was inspired by during these days will, as always, translate into new ways of stirring emotion through cuisine.
